Every call is logged as a communication activity against the relevant matter in Clio. The entry includes the full transcript, a concise summary, call duration, and any action items identified during the conversation.

Consultation Scheduling

Voqal AI checks solicitor availability in Clio's calendar and books initial consultations directly. The appointment appears in the solicitor's diary with the client details and matter reference already attached.
