Is the website build really free?

There is no upfront build fee on our monthly website plans. You pay for hosting, security and ongoing care. Basic starts at £49 a month, and the website is licensed while your subscription stays active.

What does the £49 plan include?

A one-page website, hosting, SSL, security, backups, uptime monitoring and up to 15 minutes of content edits each month. Plus and Signature offer more pages or a more detailed design, with AI chat included.

How soon will I see something?

Demo in 24 hours. You'll see a working design direction before making a decision. Launch comes after your content, access and design are approved.

What's in the free audit?

A short written report, sent as a PDF with your demo. It covers what we found about your website and how customers find you, the choices we made in the demo and why, and how it all works on a phone. It's free, and yours to keep whether you go ahead or not.

Do I keep my domain?

Yes. You always own and keep your domain. The website itself is licensed during the subscription. An ownership buyout is available if you want to take it with you.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

On a rolling plan, give at least 14 days' notice before your next billing date to stop the next payment. If notice arrives later, that payment remains due and service ends after the period it covers. Discounted commitment plans have their own agreed minimum term.

What if I already have a website?

Tell us what you'd like to improve. We can show you a new direction, and agree the next steps before changing your existing website.

Can I buy a website outright?

Yes. Our one-page ownership build is £495, with other sizes quoted to suit the scope. It includes 14 days of handover support. Ongoing care is arranged separately.
