Case study · Level Up Gaming Van · North Wales

Before · Our audit, 4 August 2026
Level Up had 5.0 from nine Google reviews and parents recommending it in local Facebook groups. But search for a gaming van in North Wales and Google sent you to everyone else. He only existed if you already knew his name.
His Google profile was listed as “Level up gaming”, with facebook.com as the website.

Without a Facebook account, this is all a parent saw.

Every result on the page was another business.

A Google Maps search for “gaming van”, centred on his patch, listed vans from as far away as Manchester. Not his.

What we did
This is the standard Voqal process, nothing bolted on. A free audit, a website that answers the questions parents actually ask, the search basics built in, and someone looking after it every month.
4 August
We searched for Level Up the way a parent would. We found the login wall, the missing price and towns, and which vans were winning the searches. Gareth also got a short list of free fixes for his Google profile.
16 August
Live twelve days after the audit. The van, the kit, the price from £140 with a £20 deposit, the areas he covers, his Google reviews and a five-field form to check a date.
Built in
Page titles written for the searches parents actually type. Structured business details, so Google and AI tools can tell who he is, what he does and where. A sitemap, with Google Search Console and Bing set up and checked.
Every month
Hosting, security, backups and monitoring. A report every month, with monthly edits included.
