We design, build, host, secure and maintain the website for one monthly fee. The build cost is included. Basic starts at £49 a month, Plus at £69 and Signature at £99.
Basic includes a one-page templated website, hosting, SSL, security, daily backups, uptime monitoring and up to 15 minutes of edits each month.
Monthly websites are licensed while you subscribe. If you cancel, the site comes down, or you can use the published buyout option to own it. One-off builds are also available for businesses that want ownership from the start.
Not unless you choose one. Rolling plans may be cancelled at any time. Give at least 14 calendar days' notice before the next billing date to stop that payment. Discounted three month and twelve month options are genuine minimum terms in exchange for the lower rate.
AI chat is included on the Plus (£69) and Signature (£99) plans.
We can prepare a personalised website demo within 24 hours. Final delivery depends on the agreed scope, content and approvals, so we do not promise a fixed go-live date.
No. We handle the design, build, hosting, security, maintenance and updates.
Yes. You remain the domain registrant and keep your domain whether you stay on a managed plan, buy out the website or move elsewhere.
Yes. We keep making changes until you're happy, before it goes live, within the plan you choose. Extra pages or a different design move you to another plan or are quoted first.
Yes. Every managed plan includes a monthly allowance for website updates, and edits within it are made within two working days. Larger changes can be scoped separately.
Yes. We can replace an outdated website while keeping the business domain and preserving important content and links.
Data protection depends on how the service is configured and used. Your order should identify the data involved and the responsibilities of your business and Voqal. Where we process personal data for you, a written data processing agreement is required. We can explain the proposed hosting, access and retention arrangements before you decide whether the service is suitable for your business.
