Google Calendar handles the rest: invitation emails are sent, reminders trigger at your configured intervals, and any connected video conferencing (Google Meet) generates a meeting link automatically.

Click the connect button in the Voqal AI dashboard and sign in with your Google account. For Google Workspace accounts, your admin may need to approve the connection first.
Select Calendars to Check
Choose which calendars Voqal AI should read for availability and which calendar new appointments should be created on. You can select as many or as few as you need.
Enable AI Booking

Yes. During setup you select which calendars Voqal AI should check for availability. It reads free/busy data across all selected calendars simultaneously, so it never offers a slot where you have an existing commitment — regardless of which calendar that event sits on.
Shared calendars are fully supported. Voqal AI can read availability from shared team calendars and create appointments on them. This is particularly useful for practices and small teams where multiple staff members share a single booking calendar.
When Voqal AI creates a calendar event, it adds the caller as a guest with their email address. Google Calendar then sends its standard invitation email along with any reminder notifications you have configured — whether that is email, pop-up, or SMS reminders.
