How the connection works.

Voqal AI connects to Pipedrive via the REST API using your API token. When a call ends, the integration searches for the caller in your Pipedrive contacts by phone number or email. If a match is found, the person record is updated. If the caller is new, a person and optionally an organisation are created automatically.

For every call that qualifies as a sales opportunity, a deal is created in the pipeline and stage you specify. The deal title, value, and expected close date are set based on the conversation. Activities are logged against the deal and person records, giving your sales team full context without switching tools.

Pipedrive's visual pipeline is designed for sales velocity, and the Voqal AI integration feeds it directly. Your reps open Pipedrive and see fresh deals waiting — complete with transcripts, contact details, and next steps — ready to action.

Deal Creation from Calls

Every qualifying call creates a deal in your chosen pipeline with the correct stage, value, and associated contact. Non-qualifying calls still log the activity without cluttering your pipeline.

Each call is logged as a completed activity on the relevant person and deal records. The activity includes the full transcript, duration, outcome, and any follow-up actions identified during the conversation.

Contact & Organisation Sync

New callers are added as person records with their name, phone, email, and company. Organisations are created or linked automatically. Existing records are updated — never duplicated.

Pipeline Stage Automation

Deals can be moved to the next stage based on call outcomes. A callback request moves the deal to "Follow Up". A confirmed booking moves it to "Won". You define the rules, Voqal AI executes them.
